Cannot buy weps

Hi,
Just bought a Zoner cruiser @ Pueblo Bonito. Have all empty slots, cannot buy any cruiser weapons. They are greyed out, not available. Thanks for the help. If you can fix it, fine, if not, just give me $160,000,000.
Character is INTREPID
CLARIFICATION: It says I must be on friendlier terms to buy. This is a new Zoner character with a Zoner ID and a full green bar.

You need a guard rep to buy the guns. I'd check with [ICE] pawn shop, they might have the guns or can get them for you.
