I have noticed some specific changes on 7/13/2016 at 0248 hrs EST.
1. When you leave a planet, your power is reduced to 10%
2. The NPC's ships are no longer jumping around
3. I was able to land on a planet, log off, log back in and my radar memory was still intact.
I will report more as it is discovered.

Today I'm working on getting the reps, power gimps and mining back to where we had it. A LOT of editing for today.
