problem accessing server

I am having a problem accessing the server some of my accounts are banned and others are having very long load times before game crash it is only happening USA server i have tried all other servers with all my accounts and chars and all seems to be working ok can you look into it for me please.

Hmmm. There are no banned accounts. I just restarted server, give that a try. Any problems, tell me which characters.

Same problem here - additional:
I cannot start with the chars: [T]Lotus_2 and [T]Lotus_31
The problem happened when I try to access Tau 29 over the Kyushu /Tau 29 Gate with these ships.
Now they are in Tau 29 and the PC crashes (...freelancer had a problem...) when I try to start again.
When I access other gates or holes with other ships from Kyushu, I had no problems.

If a restart of the server cant fix that, please put these two chars back to Kyushu.

emmm i have a hunch that it might have something to do with the base i built maybe it is too much and causing the problem if it is highguard please do what you have to do to sort it out even if it means deleting things.

I pulled all the characters off the POB on those 2 accounts and placed them on FP6. I didn't move any that were not in T29. Try that and I'll be watching. If I see you trying to log in I'll go to TS.

The problem was with the POB in Tau 29. That issue was fixed.
